These terms cover use of the public POLYMORPH website. Product licensing is governed separately by the AWAKE EULA presented with the software.
Website use
The website is provided to describe POLYMORPH products, provide documentation and support, and direct users to account, demo and purchasing services, and to release download access when it becomes available. You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive submissions or misrepresent yourself as POLYMORPH.
Product information
POLYMORPH aims to keep pricing, compatibility and feature descriptions accurate. Software evolves, so the current client, account portal, product documentation and purchase flow control where a public description becomes outdated.
Third-party platforms
AWAKE interacts with Second Life, a service operated by Linden Research, Inc. POLYMORPH is independent from Linden Research. Use of Second Life remains subject to Linden Lab's own terms and policies.
Privacy
Personal data is handled under the current POLYMORPH AWAKE Privacy Policy.
Software license
Use of the AWAKE Windows client is governed by the End User License Agreement presented during installation. Do not use this website terms page as a substitute for that software license.
