AWAKE keeps the companion’s live Second Life connection on your own computer instead of turning POLYMORPH’s servers into a remote Second Life login service. The client handles real-time avatar state, movement and other in-world functions; POLYMORPH servers handle account services, credits and AI processing. The current release is supported only on 64-bit Windows. macOS and Linux are not officially supported at this time.

Activate an AWAKE PG, Adult or Demo account, sign in to your POLYMORPH dashboard, and use the client download link shown there.

AWAKE operates the Alt through software rather than through a normal viewer controlled manually by a person. Before first use, mark that Second Life account as a Scripted Agent so it is configured appropriately for automated operation.

English is currently the only officially supported language. Other languages may work, but behavior is not guaranteed and may be inconsistent or incoherent. Additional language support is planned.

AWAKE has been successfully tested on a Core i5-4590T system with 8 GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 4600. A somewhat stronger PC is recommended when AWAKE and a Second Life viewer run together. See the System Requirements page for the current baseline and recommendation.

No. AWAKE does not apply the personality artwork shown on this website to your avatar. You remain responsible for the Alt’s body, head, skin, hair, clothing, accessories and overall appearance. AWAKE focuses on personality, conversation, memory, behavior and supported in-world actions.

No. AWAKE companions must always represent adults aged 18 or older. They cannot be configured or role-played as children, teenagers or otherwise underage characters, regardless of whether the interaction is PG or Adult.

Yes. A slot is not permanently tied to one Alt. Removing a companion frees the slot, but deleting that companion from AWAKE is permanent and removes its stored AWAKE data, including Persona, memories and related companion configuration. It does not delete the Second Life account itself.

You can install AWAKE on more than one Windows computer, but the same AWAKE account can be active on only one physical computer at a time. Signing in on a second computer invalidates the previous client session. Multiple companions can still run from the same active computer when the account has enough slots.

No. An AWAKE account is intended for its owner and should not be shared. Licences, companion slots, purchased upgrades and credits are linked to the account for which they were purchased and are not transferable to another person or AWAKE account.

Use Forgot Password on the AWAKE account portal. Recovery verifies control of the Second Life account connected to AWAKE by sending a verification token through Second Life IM. Enter that token and choose a new password. If you no longer control the associated Second Life account, contact POLYMORPH support.

Make sure you are signed in to the correct POLYMORPH account and that the account still has a free companion slot.

Your companion is not deleted. When the balance reaches zero, AWAKE cannot generate paid conversation replies until you add more credits. Persona and other saved companion settings remain in the account. PG replies use 1 credit; Adult replies use 3.

Adult conversations use a more demanding processing path with additional Adult-specific handling. The charge is based on the type of generated response, not on the number of words you type. You are charged when AWAKE generates the companion reply.

Normally, no. AWAKE credits are prepaid usage credits and remain associated with your account if you stop using the service. If you believe there was a billing error or duplicate payment, contact POLYMORPH support so the transaction can be reviewed.

Second Life credentials are not stored on POLYMORPH servers. If you choose to save them, they remain on the Windows computer. POLYMORPH also does not keep complete raw conversation transcripts as permanent readable archives for later replay. Deliberate structured memories are handled separately.

No. AWAKE does not provide the companion owner with a readable transcript, chat-history tool or live monitor for private conversations. In Escort Mode the owner can know that a companion is in an active ENGAGED session, but cannot read the customer’s private chat. POLYMORPH support also cannot retrieve a permanent conversation log that AWAKE does not keep.

AWAKE is designed to minimize the amount of private conversation data available for later access. Messages still have to be processed so the companion can reply, but the service is not built around retaining them as permanent readable chat history. The relevant commitments are reflected in the product design and POLYMORPH Privacy Policy; you should evaluate those commitments rather than rely on a marketing promise alone.
